Not only was I harassed by Hadrix, but complaints made about other sexual harassment on the game were also ignored by Cujo. It pains me to see Hadrix, a person who has driven off countless players through harassment and intimidation, not only elevated to a staff position but protected by a staff that knows he is guilty.

Cujo will not change, he will not rectify this, he will not do anything to stop people like Hadrix. Cujo is complicit in this because he would rather side with abusers than risk upsetting their friends.

As a person who just left that game, I completely believe you. Cujo talks a big game about not tolerating harassment, but his refusal to actually address it anywhere shows you who he is. He doesn’t address it because he doesn’t think it’s wrong. Every ban he did enforce has been someone he was personally mad at, no ban has ever been because they mistreated other players. He’s a sad little king on an angry little hill.

Staff has a position of power over the average player, and promoting someone with numerous complaints of harassment against them makes it that much harder for victims to do anything. The person that judges the abuse should never be the abuser, and now he is. The next victim is even less likely to come forward because what good will come of it?

It is the head of the game that fosters the environment creating the issue being addressed in this thread. If the leader of that game would actually take steps to protect players this wouldn’t be an issue. This is an issue because instead of addressing the problem, Cujo has promoted Hadrix to staff and empowered that abuse. That is a game problem.

Why are you asking people who are coming forward here to put themselves into a position you won’t put yourself in? Put your money where your mouth is, or stop demanding people meet a standard you don’t hold yourself to.

You are acting as though no one has reported these incidents to staff. They have. With receipts. Those complaints go to, and die with Cujo.

Those from Age of Alliances have probably figured out who this player is. The response is entirely expected from her. She has a vested interest in protecting Hadrix’s image due to how close they are, the groups they share in common, and the fact that if he falls it may shine a light on her own transgressions.

I know Penn has a command to do something to that effect. The catch is that on Age of Alliances it requires Cujo to do something about problems, and that is anathema to him. His preferred method is to avoid problems at all costs and his inaction enables the abusers. You don’t need to dole out consequences if you refuse to look at the problem.
