Need help with a COFD

I have a concept of a Hunter the Vigil game. The setting is going to be rural upstate New York. I would love to get it running, I have most of the world built and theme and plots. Just need help with all the coding bits. We do have a server with a lot of the framework already done using Thenomain’s code.
A small town where things go bump in the night. The goal is to run plots for players, with an overarching plot set up into seasons. Each one focused on a new big bad. Players’ choices affect the town for good or bad, based on the outcomes of role play.
Season one is called The Wasting Sickness.

Is this Hunter the Vigil 2nd Edition with the new book, or 1st Edition?
