Teaching fellow members in my Guild in ESO how to not be afraid of PvP has been a joy to do.
You don’t have to be some 8000 hour sweatlord to be decent in PvP. Just a group that knows what it’s doing. Sure you’ll probably die a lot. I’m decent at PvP and I die a ton in it. But there’s still fun to be had.

SWTOR:
I am on the Satele Shan server. I don’t play hardly at all, but I have a gross amount of resources available there still. If anyone wants credits or anything please do DM. Either Empire or Repub side. I’ve got friend and family guilds on both sides for the XP bonus, but neither of them has ANY activity. Empire side I do have my main in one of the regularly wins planets guilds, if anybody wants an invite there.

I occasionally RP in ESO, because I’m a huge nerd for Elder Scrolls lore.

One time we made a MOO so we could rp our SWTOR guild without having to try and rp on SWTOR.

It’s actually not all that bad. Some games are more limiting than others as to what can be put in the text box, I know in FFXIV there’s a LOT of RP actually done in tells/whispers, probably more than is done in emotes and says because, fucking /spam/.
Trying to have any continuity in say, The Quicksand on Matteus is going to be nigh impossible.
Basically @IoleRae it’s mostly through the use of /emote commands to do poses to nearby individuals you are RP’ing with like any other game, mixed in with occasionally moving around and doing emits for visual acuity as well.
Easiest way to get involved is to find an RP FC/Guild on whatever game you’re choosing. Near every MMO has RP guilds, even old school EverQuest.
