Star Wars Age of Alliances: Hadrix and Cujo
-
Well, this all sucks. I was gone for a couple days and came back to not only Ben/Mando Alt being gone who were super cool, but also Ruby wanting to burn another MU I’m fond of.
Will update as details emerge. Also, if you’re reading this Ben, hit me up! You’re the best! (I’m Roan/Nika.)

Til Saturday when Cujo @newpassed Mael. Because she stressed him out.
Who could have ever seen this coming?
Anyway, I can’t say I feel a whole lot of pity for this happening considering Mael was gleefully going on and on about how Cujo had booted me from the game for ridiculous reasons as well. Cujo has a real chip on his shoulder when it comes to women, and this is yet another example of too many that shows it.
Had no idea Rey was crazy, but ya know, it’s the MU world so there’s always a chance of it.

CoH opening Mummy (that’s right, its back baby!)
My love for Mummy doesn’t outweigh my disinterest in CoH, sadly.

So, uh, anyone want to join me and rule over the galaxy as headwiz and staff? I can’t pay you, but I can promise a sane environment, a good setting, and lightsabers without too many hoops.

Things that can’t get you banned from AOA:
- sexual misconduct and harassment
- bullying
- cheating with alts, fake dice rolls, and abuse of the item system
Things that can get you banned from AOA:
- requesting that people with the above behaviors not be staff
- shipping wrong
womp womp womp

To be fair, this is the same grid where Poe Dameron got Rey pregnant and it was deemed A-OK. Probably because it was some sweet FC-on-FC action.
-
@Popes As long as you do the thing with the stuff.
-
So there is another SW MU out there that runs on Ares using FATE? I can’t speak to it other than that it exists. Doesn’t use the funny dice above though.
-
@Babs FATE dice are funny.
-
@Babs
I mean.
There was.
There is no longer. -
what happened??
-
@Wizz I think it was an Ares game that fizzled out, but I’m not 100% sure.
-
‘Fizzled out’ is not how I would put it?
Not that it’s been exactly healthy, either. The official story is ‘Capricornus and Aries have lost interest in telling Star Wars stories, so everyone is welcome to join them at their new game that they’re super excited about opening! A Dresden Files style game set in Seattle.’
The unofficial story is a lot more complicated, including the fact that //someone else// already started opening a Dresden Files game set in Seattle, on ARES, 2 weeks-ish ago.
-
“The staff lost interest in this MUSH and let it fizzle out so play with them at this other one where that absolutely won’t happen again”
As a wise thinker once said: “There’s an old saying in Tennessee - I know it’s in Texas, probably in Tennessee - that says, fool me once, shame on-- shame on you. Fool me, uh – you can’t get fooled again.”
-
I mean. It says a lot when even the official story published by two of the five admin, and seemingly endorsed by a third, paints them so unfavorably.
While the other two admin remain… so very silent.
-
Anyway, stop making me want to run [Assorted] space game. Instead pick from the list and I will silently cheer from the sidelines and/or offer to halp with +jobwork.
-
Look, if someone makes a SW game run by sane staff I’m there. Just saying.

I mean, to be fair, the game ran for a few years. that’s a pretty common lifespan.
️
I played pretty briefly and it seemed like a good setup, even if I didn’t much like what they wound up doing with the Jedi and Force and all that.
