I don’t think this is any known person. It’s either @inuki or a completely new contestant.
-
@hellfrog is probably right that it’s ghost.
I mean, remember that one time he posted on reddit about musoapbox because he was that big mad (but not really big mad I swear!). I wouldn’t put it past him to pull some shit like this.
-
@Rucket That’d imply that this would mean that there was something for Ghost to gain by inserting himself in it.
Besides huffing his own farts.
-
I mean. That is the exact opposite side of the coin I was constantly being blamed by from Inuki. Other characters met Sophia, and made Sophia based choices. I cannot change anyone’s choices but my own.
Serafine is not someone I know deeply well. I know that there are plenty of people who I /do/ know deeply well aren’t their biggest fans. They’ve always been kind to me, but I think all of us are well aware that singular experiences are not universal.
What I do know about Serafine? Telling them not to do what they think is best is likely not going to be effective. I cannot change them, nor anyone else. I get from where their anger and upset stem. They and I are usually on different sides of the what is or isn’t reasonable to demand from anyone. We have very different levels of tempers and impatience. Their choices aren’t ones I’d make, and I think it’s fairly clear that mine aren’t ones they would make, either.
If I thought I could make ANYONE here play nice, I’d have tried doing that long prior to this. But the best I can manage is to recognize that one side of this entire fiasco is snooping through private logs over a month after running a purely non-consensual game, and long after this thread and that game died. That any of this is even still a thing to begin with? This is all coming from one singular source. Ending any of it at any future point is easy. It only takes the person STILL trying to cause harm and damage to just, like… Not do that?
-
@Testament Nah she wasn’t this funny either.
-
@shit-piss-love I forgive fast.
If someone promises to key my neighbor’s car, I’ll open the higher shelf booze and roll some joints.
He’s one of those people who moved from obnoxious fake tickets to bumper stickers on cars he… disagrees with. Deal with him and we can all party.

Fuuuuuuck now you got me hooked. Are you getting ChatGPT to write these sentences?

@STD I do not spend time with people who consider an eighth grade reading level “obtuse” and require multiple clarifications.
And yet you’re still here and responding. Are you really so incapable of answering a yes or no question? It’s easy, I assure you. Tiny children can do it. If they can, surely someone of such obvious intellectual superiority as yourself can as well, yes? If only to show us smooth-brained knuckle-dragging imbeciles how wrong we are.
So, prove your oh-so-big-brained credentials by answering the question with a simple yes or no.
You really come across as a small person trying to look large in front of these people, and you don’t need to cram so many $5 words into your palms to present to me your argument sans point
-
@shit-piss-love Oh shit you may be on to something
-
@shit-piss-love The Chat bots have finally invaded.
-
@shit-piss-love In my day we had character, which meant you were traumatized but always had a snappy remark on-hand just in case.
ChatGPT? No. Ask Jenn. I’m just holding conference calls, so you’re getting my split attention.
Edited to add, I was going to reference Anita Loos but what a wasted reference.

I was go start suggesting VK, but I think that would be giving her far too much credit.
I’ve never witnessed VK trying to intentionally troll in this sort of way. It’s not at all her style.
Honestly – and this is intended generally to the thread, not specifically to you – not everyone who rolls in and acts weird is the same as someone else. There are endless weirdos.
-
To clarify, I’m not asking you to make excuses, or rein them in - they’re allowed to do whatever the hell they like (even if i find it entirely baffling), and youre not responsible for them. They’ve just referenced you enough that it seemed plausible that they had some line to you, or visa versa. It’s just that whatever they’re doing here in your supposed defense is… not helpful, really. We can tell that wizard was up to something without the overwrought comparisons to professional blackmail.
-
@Snackness Are Pogs still a thing wherever you are?

I think most are aware of that. It’s also more easy to say that narrative is far more entertaining.
Unless of course, we’re not wrong.
-
@Jenn Yeah, I stand by the assessment from weeks ago. At best, this person is incredibly disingenuous. Whatever dark land-of-the-lost ass corner of the mu*ing world ya’ll escaped from… to quote a scholar:
Sounds fun.
-
@helvetica but fiten tiemz does sound fun
i like to fiten in my spare tiemz when i’m not holding conference calls for my very important job -
@hellfrog lucky for us both my job ain’t that important
-
@spiriferida Professional blackmail?
Just out of curiosity, do you think federal criminal law has a white-collar dip test for financial fraud?
