yesterday, I got an offer from a job I’ve been interviewing for since the beginning of August

Peeve. I’m feeling left behind by this hobby. I’m discouraged that it feels like in order to play on any of the games where my friends play, I’d have to compromise my comfort and place my trust in people who… I haven’t experienced being all that cool. And I think I feel it even more because for a minute, I had a relatively active little rp bubble before folks moved on to the next thing.

I’m just going to be real with you all. I put in a request letting them know I felt awkward about the gods being white, and my non-white noble house worshipping a white patron god. And you know what? They were like, ‘good lookin out, this is on our list of things to review.’ And it made me feel immediately more comfortable.

I don’t think this beef in the comments is in the spirit of the game runners.

@Apos Just thinking in terms of time differences, paused/continued scenes, or nighttime event scenes that are scheduled to start during the day for player availability, is there going to be a mechanism to tell the grid like… yo, we said it’s night, now?

@Yam tbh, I can see not knowing whether someone “new” has been playing for two weeks or even a month. I barely perceive the passage of time in real life, let alone pretend life. Characters are created and idle reaped all in darkness.

@Kestrel lol I assure you, credulity remains unstrained indubitably. The second response just had the whiff of there being some kind of new and interesting sex rule that was being broken ??? instead of like… a normal ass rule like not creeping on someone with an undisclosed alt. That’s all.
