Agreed. That poor guy has been picked up and put down more than a cranky two year old who wants ‘uppies’.

They believe they are wanted, that the banning was based on false information and bias, and if only they got a fresh start, the bias could be overcome.

Power and control issues also play in. Forcing people to put up with you who don’t want to is power.
