If people want to play sex workers on a game, and it’s allowable (it’s not on a lot of games) and there’s a place that it can be done so that people seeking to RP in that environment (which doesn’t need to involve explicit TS, or at all, honestly) can go to place where they know it is a welcome area of RP, it’s hard for me to understand why people have a problem with that.
Just me personally: I don’t have any sort of issue with it, so long as it’s done in private. It’s a pretty integral part of mushing for many people that are not in any way problematic. My issue is more with the game as a whole, and my pointing out earlier that all these things exist just beneath the surface is more to highlight that it’s a much bigger part of the game than aoa tries to let on. Cujo acts like some kind of moral high ground holder when it comes to erotic RP, and a lot of players think he’s actually hostile to it when we know he protects his chosen few as they turn the game into their own wild fuckin’ kingdom (no pun intended).

There’s a vast gulf between a game with lots of TS on it and a game with rampant sexual predation. The problem with this game is the latter.

Correct. He played Boba Fett 20 years ago too. And the entire game was more or less The Boba Fett Show.
Later he changed the name of Boba Fett to some old guy basically to be Fett-Incognito (presumed dead in the sarlaac) in order to run the Bounty Hunters Guild.

While the game has many faults, I think that the conversation at hand is more about this and player safety than it is about xp.
The two subjects ended up in the same conversation because staff decided to shovel XP at players (triple the previously offered 500 for the timejump) to try to persuade them not to leave over the issue of widespread sexual harassment. Throwing XP and stuff at players has been an approach that has worked in the past, though not consistently.

Over four-six years ago give or take. There was a Poe before her, not sure who. It was shortly after she joined the game. But she has been Poe for a very, very long time now.

She’s there for moral support and is the only one who can order at restaurants. Rey isn’t a Skywalker, she’s logistics.

Update.
The change of passwords and retirement of characters also comes with a complimentary wiki ban.
Tarion Tavers was on leave for 2 days before being banned. The reason given for his banning is that he “seemed disinterested” despite actively working on code, and later Cujo said that because he had SQL access for his project, he was a “security risk.” However SQL access had been given up before he was banned.
Hex has not been on the game since 12/28. The reason given for his banning is that he made an edit moving his character into “Retired characters.” This has never been met with immediate nuke/newpass before in the last 7 years, and wiki ban has never been standard procedure.
No reason has been given for Kasia/Zephyr’s newpass/nuke or wiki ban.
