Agreed. But that kind of supports the point - we’re RPing in English. I neither speak nor understand written Scots. Just as no one should start writing all of their dialogue in Italian.
@shit-piss-love I don’t have an example to offer, but yes… ish. I cannot just read the pose and understand it. I have to stop and parse each word. So technically I can read it, but I can’t read it just like a regular pose. I’m not talkin’ about dropping some Gs or whatever, but the heavy ones.

Those examples are of behaviors that would violate BMD’s rules. The action taken wouldn’t be about the log itself.
Every single log shared in order to provide proof of harassment will, by its very nature, be exposing the thing that harmed the victim. Always.
One of the fucked up things about abusers is that addressing it must involve some level of exposure of the victim. We either accept that and do what we can to mitigate it (remove the name of the victim, etc.) or we let it continue unchecked. It is impossible to address a problem if we don’t talk about the problem.

@Adora None of this is victim blaming and absolutely no one has been anything but supportive of Cobalt. Who is this even in defense of, at this point? The theme itself?
Discussing the theme doesn’t mean it was Cobalt’s fault. It doesn’t mean Character X was at fault. It doesn’t mean creepers aren’t anywhere else. But pretending that there isn’t a problem in a specific place does mean that the problem isn’t going to get addressed.
Saying that there seems to be a lot of car crashes at a specific intersection doesn’t imply that everyone who has been in an accident there before was asking for one by driving there - and no one would suggest it does. It does mean that maybe we should look at why it’s happening so we can fix it and stop more people being harmed.
I don’t think anyone is blaming @Cobalt or her game at all. I’ve only seen genuine sympathy and disgust on her behalf, and hopefully that’s how she has felt. It can also be true that certain settings attract certain types more than others. That’s not an inappropriate thing to discuss.
It has been an absolute delight to see how eager people are to make connections and add hooks, the moment I hit the grid I had five people contact me about it.
Props for @Anhedonia for fostering this atmosphere, but he also included links to three different people and directions for RP hooks in my application approval.
If AI worked and was ethically sourced, I would play with one for sure. If I can’t tell the difference, it’s all the same to me. Sounds great, we will always have the same timezone.
@Faraday It works in the sense that I’m no longer in the scene, which is my goal. As @Roz said, if someone gets mad about that it’s not really my problem. But no one has ever expressed any negativity to me about it. Maybe they’re all checking @Roz 's poll to see how to avoid me forever, idk!

This is such a good point. I also don’t bring up their characters, but there are definitely times where someone is avoiding/no-contact with a player and yet will bring up their character. Why?! Is this a weird powerplay because you know I won’t respond? Pls stop. We do not exist to each other.
My characters suddenly have somewhere to be all the time. Oops, gotta get back to work bye!
