My gut reaction was to say that I’d prefer people be able to delete threads. But, having missed the thread in question that I guess started this whole conversation, I have actually come around to thinking that threads should not be deleted. Because it really bothers me that I don’t know which of you assholes were being assholes to a new game runner and I’ve been deprived of my opportunity to adjust my perceptions of you.

@dvoraen that’s an RSS feed. Back in the olden days you could use such things to keep you updated of new comics and posts on forums by passing an RSS feed link to an app (such as Google Reader RIP) that kept track of it for you. These days I just use F5.

@Solstice Yeah. That’s how individual users can control their own notifications – but there is NO BUTTON that TURNS OFF their ability to get emails as well. C’MON!!!
