Structure and process is great and helpful but in my experience in something as casual as MU staffing, I think flexibility is just more valuable than a really structured development workflow.
idk it doesn’t necessarily seem that useful to talk about since the very obvious Way Too Little and Way Too Much are what is going to come to mind in any discussion.

When someone asks for volunteers, and so you volunteer. But then they completely ignore your messenger, and don’t even bother with a token ‘sorry, no room for you’ response. So you’re left hanging until you see the scene they needed volunteers for begin.

Why do people say they want to RP with me and then…not RP with me? This is mainly rhetorical but also, is it me? It’s okay if it’s me, I’d just like to know.

@Snackness I do this a lot to everyone and it’s not a them thing but a me thing.
Me: Hey wanna grab a scene sometime? I want to rp with you!
Them: yeah!3 days later
Me: oh that person never asked me to rp, they were probably being nice, oh maybe that’s the brain weasels and i should just ask them, but they know I want to rp so why aren’t they asking me?
3 more days later:
Me: it’s too late to ask now and if they wanted to scene with me they would’ve asked, right? right.And then it’s 3 weeks and I haven’t logged into the game and my anxiety is on HIGH ALERT and i’ll just play My Time at Sandrock because that seems really easier than asking people to play with me.

I really truly don’t want this to turn into a ‘Tell Snackness why you haven’t scened with her’ thing. I do get it. I have brain weasels too. And kids (well, one), and holidays, and work, and sometimes COVID. I’m just peeving. It’s frustrating sometimes.

I often ask this question too.
But honestly? I think this is a question that a lot of people internally ask.
