There were some mentions made awhile back that some of the bannings were due to inappropriate PMs. To be clear, there was one due to DMs, Farfalla, as was announced on the forum at the time, and one banning based on reported predatory behavior. Those were not reconsidered at all, and anything attributed to those should not be lumped in with the rest of the bans.

yeah, I mean, to be clear, people were told to stop posting specifically about Derp. No one who got banned mentioned Derp*.
They got banned for saying ‘hey, why wasn’t that guy banned?’ or ‘ignore this thread and go somewhere else’ or ‘wow, just lock this thread’ or ‘selira, get banned’. (Or fuck you, or you’re a clown, gany.)
Some of those bans were reversed. Some weren’t.
*In the message that got them banned.
